I love you when you bow in your mosque, kneel in your temple, pray in your church. For you and I are sons of one religion, and it is the spirit. Kahlil Gibran
oh yes, this is a beautiful quote indeed which deserves to be taught and spread...and the hennae painted hands are...gorgeous !
I'm glad you enjoyed the procession pics and in answer to your question, I don't think I would do it - don't have the courage ! also I'm protestant which would make it very difficult but Yoli, what is important, like Gibran says is to feel united by the same religious spirit, isn't it ?

I love Kahil Gibran.
I love it when you paint my naked body. I have been silent, but you are not silent in my mind.

Wonderful quote and stunning photo!! Blessings to you...
Found you from Maryln's blog...
This is one of my favorite quotes and a lovely example of henna. Thank you for the inspiration this morning.
And congratulations on your two beautiful children! A wonderful, wonderful way to form a family! (And yes I agree, no easier than giving birth.)
Amazing hand work. Nice reflection.
I adore Kahlil Gibran's works. He was an amazing man!
This is a gorgeous post and photo. Mehendi leaves me speechless. I think it is such a beautiful way of adornment.
