There is a garden in every childhood, an enchanted place where colors are brighter, the air softer, and the morning more fragrant than ever again. ~Elizabeth Lawrence

What to do on a balmy day? Head for the park, climb trees, play in the swings, remember to be a child again, right along with your children.

I am SO looking forward to that! I still remember those "fragrant childhood gardens" so viscerally, and can't wait to recapture that time when times slows down.

I second that! The independence of "grown-up" life is wonderful but some of the other parts terribly over-rated.
