Insomnia

How do people go to sleep? I'm afraid I've lost the knack. I might try busting myself smartly over the temple with the night-light. I might repeat to myself, slowly and soothingly, a list of quotations beautiful from minds profound; if I can remember any of the damn things. ~Dorothy Parker

Having struggled with insomnia for years, the only thing ever found to work without fail and minus negative side effects (as in most drugs) is physical exertion. Days filled with run, chase, climb, swim, dive, skip, dig, flap, roll, squat, inevitably lead to fast, hard, child like slumber. Good luck and sweet dreams.
