Yes, I was seduced into buying this book. I see that it will also be a movie soon. I will start reading it tomorrow. I am a huge Anne Rice fan, so this was a big leap for me. Tomorrow I will get in bed, and cuddle with a vampire.

I have enjoyed it. It is very different than Anne Rice. Not as dark.
Reading it was a walk down memory lane, "just" like being in high school, with the twist being, if you went with a family of vampires. Enjoy and let us know what you think.
YES!!! I knew it would get to you! I loved this series and was sad when each book ended. That doesn't happen to me very often with novels (and I read constantly). I hope you enjoy!
Go in with an open mind. He's VERY cuddly. Enjoy. I'm half way through book 4. The 4th is my fave so far. Book 2 was the hardest for me to get through, but worth it to know the whole story. Just keep in mind the genre it's written for... pretend you're sixteen again, it's a lot of fun!
I must admit, I am having a hard time. It is so infantile. I have to remember that this is geared towards kids.
I wish Anne would not have turned her back on her vampires. She has now embraced her catholic religion and will only do religious books. After the death of Stan (husband) she has not been the same.

hahahahaha!
It's nothing like Anne Rice.
But I loved her vampires too, in my time.
Twilight is more my style now, I guess.
