Trying to keep my head above water

Photograph by Kathleen Wilkes
I can't be still and I yearn for that unattainable stillness. I have to start meditating when I get this restless.

The images on your blog are hauntingly beautiful. Where do you find them? Have you come and seen Equus?

Wonderful photo.

I enjoy your ever-changing blog header, too.

I'm all about the meditation. Often though I use guided mediation CDs to focus my monkey mind. Go be still. Breathe.

that new header... i want to walk on that that path... can we do that one afternoon? it is so coincidental that you should post this photo. my husband and i spent several wonderful minutes on her site last evening after he discovered her over at JPG. talk about creative talent and imagination! it inspires me to consider setting up shots rather than always taken just what is there...

you can't be still? this might be too still... the first time i looked a this particular one i though...drowned. yikes!

Yoga is good too I find my moments od silence and stillness when everyone is sound asleep and the house is finally quiet.
May you achieve the stillness and peace you seek!
