An Entrapment
My love, I have tried with all my being
to grasp a form comparable to thine own,
but nothing seems worthy;
I know now why Shakespeare could not
compare his love to a summer’s day.
It would be a crime to denounce the beauty
of such a creature as thee,
to simply cast away the precision
God had placed in forging you.
Each facet of your being
whether it physical or spiritual
is an ensnarement
from which there is no release.
But I do not wish release.
I wish to stay entrapped forever.
With you for all eternity.
Our hearts, always as one.

Mmmmmmmmmm...I agree. But I'm sure you're not surprised. After all, he contributed to my daughter's name.
(And it just tickles me pink that he wrote a book entitled My Wicked, Wicked Ways).
He does look charming on that mast! Is he still your Valentine's dream guy? <3
oh yeah!
Happy Heart Day Yoli!

He was a very handsome man!
Hello Yoli, I think your blog is so interesting, eclectic and compassionate. I'd like to follow your Musings but there doesn't seem to be a follow gadget on your page. Never mind, I shall remember to stop by :)
Peace,
Shaista

He was, without a doubt, a gorgeous specimen! That first photo looks like it could have been taken yesterday - timeless.
