It's a Wonderful Life--The Phone Scene
It never gets old and it never ceases to be one the subtlest and sexiest of scenes. Trivia: this was Jimmy Stewart's first film and romantic scene on-screen since he came back from the war, and he was afraid he would be, um, out of practice, but the kiss was so passionate that the censors had to edit it. All Jimmy needed was one take to nail it.

we watch this annually on christmas eve. i cry every year and yes, i agree - this is one of the sexiest scenes in film. back when subtlety was in vogue.
