Reflections

Vizcaya Gardens

Today is an unusual day. It is freezing in my otherwise tropical humid climate. So we are all running around wearing coats to the amusement of Northerners who know what it means to be truly freezing. It is also the first Wednesday of the year. As I look back at the years I have had this blog, (and the many times I have wanted to close it down) memories of bloggers no longer with us who have left me messages, I simply do not have the heart to delete it. Nothing offensive is written here. It is just a place to share quotes and images. I sometimes share photos of my travels and an article regarding my favorite causes. I am surprised and humbled some of you are still around. I thank you. I have learned so much from my fellow bloggers. Made connections I never would have otherwise and friendships that have resulted in real life meeting. I wish for everyone an exciting New Year of the Dragon, I hope 2012 brings you health, happiness and many personal victories and successes. Again, thank you for stopping by and I hope this humble place leaves you feeling a little better.
